Laos Deputy Prime Minister Somsavat Lengsavad met with Chairman Liu Zhenxin in Vientiane, Laos

2015年10月5日，中民中航集团董事长刘振新受老挝副总理宋沙瓦·凌沙瓦的邀请赴老挝首都万象进行商务考察和市场调研，中民中航集团董事长助理、中民集团海外事业部总经理陪同前往。老挝副总理宋沙瓦·凌沙瓦在老挝首都万象总理府会见了中民中航集团刘振新考察团一行。
5th October 2015, Vientiane, Laos
Invited by the deputy prime minister Somsavat Lengsavad of Laos, Chairman Liu Zhenxin of Zhongmin Investment Group visited Vientiane, capital of Laos to make the business investigation and market survey, accompanied by the assistant to Chairman and head of overseas from Zhongmin Investment Group. The deputy prime minister Somsavat Lengsavad of Laos met the delegation of Chairman Liu Zhenxin of Zhongmin Investment Group in presidential palace in Vientiane, Laos.

老挝副总理宋沙瓦·凌沙瓦指出，在中国与东盟加强往来的过程中，我们有了更先进的技术和工具，有更好的条件来推动各方面的合作。 
The deputy prime minister Somsavat Lengsavad of Laos indicated that during the process of strengthening the exchanges between ASEAN and China , we have got more advanced technology and tools to promote cooperation in various aspects under such better conditions. 
老挝副总理宋沙瓦·凌沙瓦指出，中民中航集团与老挝要加强全面合作伙伴关系，老挝政府同时为企业创造更良好的投资条件。并就对中民集团在沙湾拿吉地区的项目投资建设等相关合作事宜，进行了探讨交流，并提出有关意见和建议。
The deputy prime minister also stated that Zhongmin Investment Group should strengthen the comprehensive partnership with Laos, and the Laos government will create more favorable investment facilities for enterprises. The two sides discussed and exchanged opinions on  investment ,construction  and some other issues of projects in Savannakhet region.

中民中航集团董事长刘振新表示，要抓住机遇，进入老挝市场，为老挝的建设事业做出贡献。
Chairman Mr.Liu Zhenxin of Zhongmin Investment Group said that we should grasp the opportunity of entering into the Laos market and made contribution to the construction of infrastructure in Laos.

     此次考察，中民中航集团就老挝的建设市场和投资环境进行了深入的了解和调研，双方对项目建设合作达成了初步意向,并签署了《合作备忘录》。
Though the investigation, Zhongmin Investment Group made a further understanding and survey of Laos construction market and investment situation. The both sides reached an initial agreement on project construction cooperation, and signed the MOU.
