老挝副总理宋赛•西潘敦在万象会见中民中航集团董事长刘振新

Mr. Sonexay Siphandone, Deputy Prime Minister of Lao P.D.R meets with Mr. Liu Zhenxin, Chairman of Zhong Min Group

2017年11月9日，中民中航集团董事长刘振新应老挝人民革命党中央政治局委员、国家副总理宋赛•西潘敦邀请，出席老挝政府与中民中航集团的投资建设会议，宋赛•西潘敦在首都万象总理府会见中民中航集团刘振新董事长一行。

Under the invitation of Mr. Sonexay Siphandone, member of the Central Political Bureau of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and Deputy Prime Minister of Lao P.D.R, Mr. Liu Zhenxin took part in a conference on investment and construction between Lao government and Zhong Min Group on Nov. 9th, 2017. Mr. Sonexay Siphandone met with Mr. Liu Zhenxin in the prime minister's mansion of Vientiane.

宋赛•西潘敦高度评价了中共十九大，并表示老中两党都在推进符合本国特色的社会主义事业，老挝是中国的好邻居、好朋友、好同志、好伙伴，是“一带一路”沿线重要国家。

Mr. Sonexay Siphandone spoke highly of the 19th National Congress of CPC. He said both parties of Lao and China were making progress on promoting socialist career conforming to their own characteristics; Lao was China’s good neighbor, friend, comrade and partner, and also an important country under the Belt and Road Initiative.

中民中航集团董事长刘振新表示，此次会议建立在以往合作的良好基础之上，深入推进对老挝基础设施项目的投资建设，在对机场、高速公路、水利发电站、电网改造、城市基础设施、城市自来水管网及民生工程等项目有强烈合作意愿，并可在以上项目的融资、规划设计、建设施工等方面提供多方面支持。

Mr. Liu said this meeting was based on previous sound cooperation. Zhong Min Group would like to promote the investment and construction on infrastructure projects of Lao, and took a special interest in investing livelihood projects of Lao PDR, including airport, highway, hydroelectric station, power network reconstruction, urban infrastructure and urban water supply network. Mr. Liu also said Zhong Min Group could provide supports in financing, design and construction for above projects.

Both sides expressed the willingness to promote the implementation of related projects and constantly deepen cooperation.
